General Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Sales – Rotterdam Rave Festival 2026
Applicable to all merchandise purchases made via card payment on the festival grounds.
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every purchase of merchandise (clothing, accessories, and other items) made on-site at the Rotterdam Rave festival grounds and paid for via a card payment terminal (card only, cash is not accepted).
1.2 By making a payment via the card terminal, the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions.
1.3 Rotterdam Rave may amend these terms at any time; the version applicable at the time of purchase shall apply.
2.1 All listed prices are in euros and include VAT.
2.2 Payment is made exclusively electronically (card/contactless) via the designated card payment terminal. No cash is accepted.
2.3 A purchase is final once payment has been approved via the card terminal. The buyer will receive a digital proof of payment upon request.
2.4 In the event of a failed or interrupted card transaction, no purchase is concluded and no delivery will take place. The buyer may attempt the payment again.
3.1 The merchandise on offer is limited to the stock physically present on the festival grounds at that time. Available while supplies last.
3.2 Rotterdam Rave makes every effort to display images and descriptions of items as accurately as possible; minor deviations in color, size, or print are possible and do not constitute a defect.
4.1 A purchase is concluded and delivered on the spot, during a one-time event. The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance purchases (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code) therefore does not apply to these purchases.
4.2 Opened, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing or material defect.
4.3 Exchanging for a different size or color is only possible while the buyer is still on the festival grounds, provided the item is still in good, unworn condition, upon presentation of proof of payment, and subject to availability.
4.4 A complaint about an item (for example, a manufacturing defect) may be reported after the event via [email protected]. Rotterdam Rave will respond within 14 days.
5.1 Rotterdam Rave is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased merchandise.
5.2 Rotterdam Rave is not liable for indirect damage. To the extent that liability nevertheless exists, it is limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the item in question, unless the damage results from intent or deliberate recklessness.
6.1 In the event of malfunctions of the card terminal, power outages, network problems, or other circumstances beyond its control, the organization is not obliged to still deliver or remedy a purchase.
7.1 For processing a card payment, the buyer's personal data is processed by Weezpay. For more information about this processing, the buyer can refer to Weezpay's website.
8.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and to every purchase.
8.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
