Our clothing is made by Rotterdam brand Nultien. After you ordered an item on this webshop, they will immediately start creating your item and send it to you. For questions about returning items, service and warranty, you should contact [email protected].

Returns

If you want to return any clothing item, please e-mail us at [email protected].
Note: our  return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Limited editions items can’t be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then we will contact you about your refund. The payed shipping costs are not included in the refund. The costs of refund shipping are also not recoverable. 

Posters & art

Posters, art and photos are exempt from being returned or refunded.
